Hawu is the heart of Lapland Winter Park, where flavors, atmosphere, and adventure come together. The main restaurant offers an unforgettable dining experience from morning to late evening – a diverse breakfast, a hearty lunch buffet, and a high-quality dinner invite you to linger. The warm interior, highlighted by a living fire and views of the lively park, makes every meal part of the park’s magical experience. And with a bit of luck, you might even spot wild animals moving through the surrounding nature as you dine.
You can visit the restaurant even if you are not going to spend the day at Winter Park. We highly recommend booking your Arctic Breakfast, Buffet, or Dinner in advance. However, you are always welcome to walk in and check for open tables.

Breakfast
Start your day at Hawu with a breakfast that’s more than just a meal – it’s a moment of calm and energy before your park adventures. Fresh breads, warm dishes, seasonal fruits, fresh coffee and tea give you the fuel you need, while the light streaming through the windows and the surrounding park atmosphere make every bite feel special.

Arctic Dinner
Dinner at Hawu is an experience to remember. High-quality ingredients and beautifully presented dishes encourage you to sit back and enjoy the moment. Through the windows, you catch glimpses of the illuminated park, making every bite part of a warm, unique, and immersive experience. In the heart of the kitchen, the smoker and lava stone grill inspire everything on the menu.
Here you can enjoy a combination of starters, main courses and desserts as three-course-menu, five-course chef’s surprise menu, or individual dishes from our Lappish oriented á la carte menu. Our staff have paired every dish with the perfect wine or alcohol-free option to ensure you will have a wonderful experience.

Hawu’s buffet is a small culinary journey in the heart of the park. Fresh breads, a colorful salad bar, warm main dishes, and tempting desserts invite you to sit back and savor the flavors. The park’s gentle sounds and a hint of outdoor freshness make each bite even more enjoyable.
